andor season 2 takes everything that made season 1 great and pushes it further. this is prestige television that happens to have star wars in it. the final episodes lead directly into rogue one, and knowing where cassian ends up makes every moment heavier.
tony gilroy made a show about radicalization, about how empires crush people until those people have nothing left to lose. it’s bleak and beautiful and somehow disney let him do it.
